Take the scenic rail through the World Heritage Listed Rain-forest. Stop over at Barron Falls Station before continuing on to the village of Kuranda. Spend 3.5 hours wandering through the village, check out the markets and shops, try foods from local stalls, cafes and restaurants and enjoy the peaceful river. Head back down to Cairns on an air-conditioned bus stopping in to see the incredible views of the Henry Ross Lookout.
